Refund Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Tootac subscriptions purchased through our website. It works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Who processes your payment

Subscription payments for Tootac are processed by Paddle as an authorized reseller and payment provider. The Paddle company that contracts with you depends on where you purchase from (for example Paddle.com Inc. in the United States or Paddle.com Market Limited in many other regions). Paddle collects payment, applies taxes where required, and handles payment-related communications for the transaction. See Paddle Buyer Terms for full definitions and the entity that applies to you.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to recurring subscription fees for Tootac paid plans (for example Standard and Pro), billed monthly or annually, purchased through our checkout on tootac.com.

Cancellation and renewals

You can stop a subscription from renewing by turning off auto-renew in your account profile before the next billing date. Doing so stops future charges once the current paid period ends. It does not automatically refund fees for a billing period that has already started or been paid, except where applicable law requires a different outcome.

Refund requests and statutory rights

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or wish to exercise a statutory right (for example rights available to consumers in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions), contact us at [email protected]. Include the email address on your Tootac account and any reference from your Paddle receipt or confirmation (such as a transaction or order identifier). We will review your request in line with this policy and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, it is typically processed back to your original payment method through Paddle.

Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights you may have under the laws that apply to you. Those rights depend on your location and the facts of your purchase.

Chargebacks and misuse

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may need to restrict or suspend access to your account until the dispute is resolved. We may also take reasonable steps if we detect fraud or abuse of the refund process.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
